Yes, this is FULLY DEDUCTIBLE as a business education expense.
Are there payment plans? Also if I change my mind, can I get a refund?
You may reserve your Suite with a $500 non-refundable deposit. The VIP Package upgrade requires full payment in advance. There are 100% NO REFUNDS due to the timing of the event, high demand, and limited capacity.
What time should I arrive in and depart from Orlando?
You should plan to arrive in Orlando on Tuesday afternoon (before 4 pm) for the VIP Package and Wednesday morning (before 10:30 am) for the Standard Package.
The event wraps up around 4 pm on Thursday so flights should be scheduled after 6pm.
Will ground transportation be provided from the airport to the mansion?
Yes, private roundtrip transportation will be provided to and from the airport.
